Highlighting under the radar arts and culture in Birmingham, UK

Films that go bump in the night

This week Shock and Gore Festival kicks off. To start, Kino10 presents Films That Go Bump In The Night an evening of weird, funny, and twisted shorts to raise the pulse and get the palms sweating. Expect genocidal teddy bears, warped children and possibly the best/worst example of a work safety video all screened in a darkly-atmospheric candlelit church.

Blood-red cocktails will be available to calm the nerves, as well as some rather tasty psychedelic-looking cakes. There will also be an AV set from OUTER SIGHT who will be plotting a harrowing set of psychedelic horror clips and soundtrack selections.

8.30pm, Wednesday 17 July. St. Columba Church, Moseley.

Tickets are £6 and can be purchased here.
