Highlighting under the radar arts and culture in Birmingham, UK

Brum Yum Yum

Earlier this month before heading off to Middle Earth, I treated myself to a visit to Brum Yum Yum, a new street food market in Kings Heath. Taking place every second Saturday of the month, the market transforms the square outside of All Saints Church into a bustling adventure for the taste-buds.

Although frequent showers shooed people into nearby shops and the eves of the Church cafe, the square was very busy. There was so much choice –  from pizza, curry, dosa, paella, frittata, waffles, wraps and salads. A great selection.  I look forward to visiting again and fingers crossed sampling another amazing dosa! Nom nom nom.

The next street food market takes place on Saturday 8 June 2013.
