Highlighting under the radar arts and culture in Birmingham, UK

Merz Party

On Saturday 12 June Eastside Projects will be holding a Merz Party.  ‘Merz’ is a nonsense word invented by Dada artists Kurt Schwitters that was used to describe his collage and assemblage works made of scavenged and scrap materials.

Everyone is invited to make collages with artist Elizabeth Rowe. There will be an array for printed materials to use, and people will be encouraged to swap, share and alter each other’s work.

The event takes place from 1-4pm and is FREE! The Facebook page is here.
