On Thursday 6th August there will be a celebration of the launch of Issue 4 of An Endless Supply, the monthly Birmingham arts publication.
This month’s edition is rather special as Birmingham based curator Kate Pennington-Wilson is guest editor for the issue. The edition grew from a piece of micro-fiction, Midnight Silverfish Around The Hot Freezer, written by Birmingham based artist Edward Wakefield. Contributions in the form of writing and illustrations based on the piece have been supplied by Simon Baker, Ana Benlloch, Lavep Blucher, Nadia Chalabi, Rhys Coren, Olly Forrester, Caitlin Griffiths, Lewes Herriot, Bethan Hodges, Anthony Johns, Michael Kirkham, Amy Lee, Rosa Middleton, David Miller, and Stuart Tait.
Come and pick up a copy at the launch! There will be DJs, including yours truly, providing a summery soundtrack to the evening, a bar full of booze, readings from some of the contributors, ooh, and cake! The launch will be from 7pm-midnight at The Victoria pub on John Bright Street. See you there!
